Dedicated Chassis:The chassis uses the SAIC Maxus pure electric dedicated chassis, equipped with a CATL 162kWh power battery pack, with mature technology, strong load-bearing capacity, safe and reliable performance, and a comfortable driving experience;

Lightweight Design:The superstructure structure is analyzed through ANSYS simulation stress loading analysis, designing special-shaped structural parts for stress concentration locations, while selecting high-strength plates to achieve lightweight design of the whole vehicle;

Large Loading Capacity:The garbage bin adopts a curved cross-section design, with the initial position of the push plate built in the front, effective volume can reach 75m³, which can improve by more than 15% compared to other vehicles on the same platform in the industry, and can achieve a maximum of over 100 standard 240L garbage bins in a single operation;

Dual Pump Control:The hydraulic system adopts dual pump internal flow technology, which can simultaneously operate the garbage bin loading action during the single cycle operation of the loader, greatly saving labor time, energy-efficient, and low operating costs;

Sealed Transfer:The unique sealing strip + locking patent technology can effectively ensure the sealing performance between the garbage bin and the loader, with a fully sealed rear door for overall coordination and aesthetics, ensuring sealed transfer without leakage;

Combined Sewage Tank:The vehicle is equipped with ultra-large sewage tanks of 100+300L at the front and rear, which can collect sewage in rainy seasons or areas with high garbage moisture content, for point discharge, while the sewage pipeline is designed to be thicker to effectively avoid blockage issues.
