Career Development and Training
● Employee Career Development:
Based on the development strategy of Zhongtong Group, focusing on the implementation of the talent concept of "respecting employees, developing employees, and achieving employees," we have established clear career development paths for five major categories of positions: management, technology, marketing, production, and skilled workers, which better meet the career development needs of various personnel; by promoting qualification certification, performance assessment, etc., we have established a systematic and scientific talent evaluation mechanism within the company; we have set up a talent pool to comprehensively promote talent echelon construction, providing a development platform for outstanding employees in various career sequences and offering diversified growth opportunities.
● Employee Training:
Zhongtong Group advocates the learning philosophy of "learning for application and improving development," gradually establishing a lecturer system mainly composed of internal part-time lecturers, supplemented by external experts; a three-level training system involving the group, functional departments/member enterprises, and individual employees; a relatively complete training course system tailored to job competency and career development, including new employee orientation training, job skills training, competency development, general management theory; employee promotion training. Training formats include internal corporate training, short-term external training, on-the-job and off-the-job academic continuing education, and team-building training.

◆ New Employee Orientation Training
Orientation training includes two phases: public knowledge training and professional knowledge and skills training. The public training lasts for two weeks and includes courses such as military training for new employees, the new look of the ancient city, the history of company development, visits to the four major industrial platforms of the group, corporate honors, corporate culture, company organizational structure and functions, product introduction, employee code of conduct, role transition, employee career development, safety education, etc.; professional training courses are set according to job needs.
◆ On-the-job and Off-the-job Academic Continuing Education
Zhongtong Group has long-term cooperation with Chang'an University, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Shandong University, and Shandong University of Technology to offer "Master of Engineering" and "Master of Management" programs, with courses tailored to the company's technology research and development and management needs. So far, three training sessions have been successfully held, with nearly 120 students sent for study.
◆ Promotion Training
Zhongtong Group's promotion training is aimed at employees who are being promoted or are potential candidates, designed to help them meet the requirements of higher-level positions. The course content is closely designed around the requirements for job competency. Promotion training not only allows trainees to meet job requirements in the most economical time but also ensures that there are optimal candidates available when vacancies arise. This training is conducted in two phases: before and after taking office.
◆ Team-Building Training
Team-building training is a sharpening of the mind and an awakening of potential, distinct from knowledge and skills learning. Through specific activities, participating employees recognize their potential, overcome psychological barriers, hone their perseverance to overcome difficulties, and enhance their self-confidence; it inspires imagination and creativity, improves problem-solving abilities; recognizes the role of groups, enhances a sense of responsibility; improves interpersonal relationships, and fosters better cooperation with the group. The company organizes 1-2 training sessions each year for management backbones and outstanding employees from various career sequences to challenge higher goals with a better mindset and state.
◆ Technician Training and Skills Competitions
Zhongtong Group organizes a certain proportion of technical workers to participate in technician training each year and regularly holds labor skills competitions. Contestants who perform excellently in group, municipal, and provincial technical worker labor skills competitions not only receive company rewards but are also included in the technician talent pool for training as skilled backbones and core technical talents.
