Ship-shaped Box Body:The garbage bin adopts an integrated ship-shaped structure design, with strong water storage capacity, sealed without leakage, completely eliminating the pain point of sewage leakage during collection and transportation, suitable for the collection and transportation of wet waste;

Electrophoretic Anti-corrosion:The upper box body and structural components are made using bus-level cathodic electrophoresis technology, with strong anti-corrosion capability;

Large Loading Capacity:The box body is made of high-strength, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials, with some parts formed by stamping, having strong deformation resistance. The box body volume is 4.5m³, capable of handling more than 30 standard 240L garbage bins in a single operation;

Closed Transportation:The compaction mechanism uses dynamic gap constant control technology, always maintaining a constant gap between the compaction mechanism and the garbage bin opening, while the compaction mechanism can cover the garbage bin's feeding port, achieving sealed transportation and preventing garbage spillage;

Independent Bucket Clamping:The rear bucket tipping device uses an independent oil cylinder to drive the bucket pressing plate, ensuring reliability during the high-position loading and dumping process, avoiding the risk of dropping the bucket;

Vehicle Docking:The vehicle adopts rear high-position lifting unloading, with a dedicated buffer-type anti-collision docking device at the rear, which has obtained national patent technology. The unloading port height can easily dock with a compaction garbage truck, achieving nearby unloading and high transportation efficiency.
