Reliable Structure:The box is fully enclosed, made of a single piece without seams.,The box body, rear door, screw conveyor, sewage tank, and water tank are all made of 304 stainless steel, which has strong resistance to acidic and alkaline corrosive substances.
Large Loading Capacity:Built-in push shovel moderately compresses solid waste to increase loading capacity, can achieve preliminary separation of oil and water from kitchen waste in the box, and is equipped with a large-capacity sewage tank.
Reliable Sealing:A specially designed reinforced silicone rubber sealing strip is used between the garbage bin and the rear door assembly, ensuring good sealing. The rear door oil cylinder is locked separately, and the gap of the rear door is adjustable, ensuring reliable sealing and preventing secondary pollution.
Smooth Loading:The lifting mechanism on the right side of the vehicle is chain-type, capable of lifting standard garbage bins of 120L and 240L, with an automatic safety locking structure. The garbage bin has an automatic speed adjustment function during the lifting and dumping process, preventing spillage and splashing during loading.
Sealed Unloading:The vehicle has two unloading methods. The lifting rear door can work with the push shovel to achieve water-pushing unloading of garbage. The screw mechanism and gate valve can achieve screw-sealed discharge, with no splashing during the unloading process.
