Integrated Hook Ring:The hook ring is made of integral casting, with the contact surface curve fitting the actual motion trajectory, making box hanging and unloading more reliable. It is also equipped with a mechanical gravity self-locking device to ensure safety and prevent uncoupling;

Damping Return:When the box body falls back to about 300mm from the middle beam of the pull arm hook, it achieves automatic buffering return through sensor induction, effectively reducing the impact and noise on the vehicle frame;

Modeling Analysis: The design of the pull arm hook structure adopts advanced 3D modeling design and FEM finite element analysis, and has undergone sufficient stress calculations and tests, achieving a perfect balance between the strength and weight of the equipment;

Double-Sided Lock Hook:The self-dumping lock of the pull arm hook adopts a spring double-sided lock hook structure, which has better stability compared to the pin-type locking structure in the industry, is wear-resistant, and prevents the garbage bin from lifting skewed, avoiding unloading accidents;

Dual Protection:The unique passive locking hook can automatically lock when the customer forgets to retract the hook box, preventing interference. At the same time, if the unloading is forgotten to lock the box body, it achieves automatic stop operation through electrical control design.
