Integrated Design:Using the Shandeka dual-motor electric drive bridge chassis + superstructure + three-electric integration design, the overall electric control is stable and reliable, with optimal intelligent efficiency under different working conditions, lighter weight, lower energy consumption, and more power-saving. After a single motor failure on the chassis, the other motor can ensure the return trip, avoiding the problem of towing due to motor failure.
Adjustable Locking:The locking mechanism uses an independent oil cylinder control, equipped with a high-strength U-shaped adjustable locking device. When the sealing strip's rebound decreases after long-term use, causing sewage leakage, the locking force can be increased to solve the leakage problem. At the same time, the hydraulic system is equipped with a hydraulic control one-way valve to effectively prevent decoupling issues.
Dual Inspection Ports:The filling device is equipped with dual-side inspection ports, facilitating maintenance and repair of structural components, valve bodies, electrical circuits, and lubrication pipelines in case of single-cycle faults or problems in narrow internal areas.
Hydraulic System:Adopting an overall 3+3 dual-pump internal flow large-flow hydraulic valve layout structure, paired with large-diameter hydraulic pipelines, the hydraulic oil flow rate is low, with good heat dissipation performance and high working efficiency. Equipped with four heavy-duty hydraulic oil filters to thoroughly solve the oil valve jamming phenomenon, ensuring reliable operation and low failure rate.
Sewage Collection:Equipped with front and rear 300+500L large-capacity sewage tanks, capable of efficiently collecting sewage in rainy seasons when the garbage moisture content is high, paired with PVC steel wire sewage discharge hoses for convenient point sewage discharge.
Vehicle Coupling:According to the operational scene requirements, it can couple with rear-mounted vehicles, making operation simple and convenient.
