Activate enterprise cells, solidify team management, and further implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on "making the grassroots front line the main battlefield for public safety." This aims to comprehensively promote the creation of standardized demonstration teams for safety management and vigorously promote good experiences and practices in team creation work. From September 7 to 9, the 7th China Team Leader Forum, hosted by the Team Committee of the China Association for Safety Production, was held in Zhuoerqi, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. Members of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions Xu Zhenchao, former Secretary of the Secretariat of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions Ji Mingbo, Deputy Director of the News and Publishing Bureau of the Publicity Department Zhang Fan, and leaders from the China Association for Safety Production, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Ordos City participated in the forum and related interactions, with 270 representatives from 23 industries including aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgy, coal, nuclear industry, transportation, and electricity attending the forum.
The forum explored effective ideas and methods through showcasing excellent team models, on-site exchanges, and field visits, activating enterprise cells and comprehensively improving the safety management level of enterprise teams. Liu Chunjun, director of the heavy steel workshop of Zhongtong Steel Structure, delivered a special speech on the "3579" team management method at the forum, introducing a series of work carried out by Zhongtong in team building, which received recognition and praise from attending leaders and participants. The "3579" team management method specifically includes: "3" refers to three indicators: zero violations, zero injuries, zero accidents; "5" refers to five norms: standardization of safety systems, full participation in education and training, normalization of hazard identification, standardization of on-site management, and emotional connection from team leaders; "7" refers to seven guarantee indicators: quality, safety, site, progress, equipment, process, and cost; "9" refers to nine measures for team integration: grassroots trade unions entering teams, safety and health entering teams, democratic management entering teams, emotional education entering teams, the workers' vanguard being called in teams, workers' libraries entering teams, thrift and savings entering teams, and union cadres entering teams.
During the forum, the head of the Zhongtong Group's trade union reported to leaders including Xu Zhenchao, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Ji Mingbo, former Secretary of the Secretariat of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Xia Xiaoling, Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Team Committee of the China Association for Safety Production, and Deputy Secretary-General Kang Jianzhou on the progress of Zhongtong Group's team building work, discussing effective ways of enterprise team management and sincerely inviting leaders to visit and guide Zhongtong Group. The leaders highly praised the practical development of Zhongtong Group's team building work and a series of effective measures, providing guiding opinions for the future development of team building work.
Through in-depth exchanges during the forum activities with participating enterprises, while sharing good experiences and practices in team building, advanced enterprises' experiences and practices in team building work were also absorbed. Following the modern enterprise team building requirements of "positions have responsibilities, operations have procedures, operations have standards, processes have records, performance has assessments, and improvements have guarantees," Zhongtong Group will gradually deploy and carry out subsequent team building work.
