On July 17, Zhongtong Group welcomed over 50 new university graduates from the class of 2015. To help the new employees identify with Zhongtong Group's values and corporate culture, enhance their sense of belonging, and facilitate a successful transition from students to professionals, Zhongtong Group developed a detailed and feasible training program. The program covers five areas: team building, cultural inheritance, work practice, professional skills, and thematic sharing. On July 17, Zhongtong Group welcomed over 50 new college graduates from the class of 2015. To train and cultivate the execution ability and discipline of new employees, Zhongtong Group arranged a week of military training activities starting from July 20. On the morning of July 27, a military training performance and training opening ceremony for new college graduates was held. Zhongtong Group's General Manager Mi Baolun delivered an important speech themed "New Normal, New Vitality, New Hope."

Subsequently, a half-month onboarding training began, with courses including role transition, corporate culture, fire safety, project management, information technology development, business etiquette, model worker lectures, and technology research and development. The training fully utilized the company's excellent lecturer resources and implemented an assessment mechanism for each training course to maximize training effectiveness. During the training process, new employees were also organized to visit some member companies for learning and participated in expansion training activities. On July 31, Zhongtong Group's General Manager Mi Baolun held a seminar with new employees, answering every question raised by them in detail and guiding them to correctly approach their careers with an optimistic and positive attitude towards life.

To summarize the results of the concentrated training for new college graduates in 2015, Zhongtong Group held the "2015 Integration Class and Graduation Ceremony for New College Graduates" on August 8. Zhongtong Group's Chairman Li Shupeng, General Manager Mi Baolun, members of the group leadership team, personnel from the group's functional departments, and management personnel from various business unit human resources departments, totaling over 100 people, attended the graduation ceremony. At the ceremony, Human Resources Department Project Manager Zhang Liping summarized the training work, and Zhongtong Group's Vice General Manager Duan Dongsheng read the training commendation document. General Manager Mi Baolun and Vice General Manager Zhang Daofeng awarded honorary certificates and prizes to 8 outstanding students. A representative of the outstanding students gave a speech.
