On July 17, Zhongtong Group welcomed over 50 new university graduates from the class of 2015. On July 17, Zhongtong Group welcomed over 50 new college graduates from the class of 2015. To train and cultivate the execution ability and discipline of new employees, Zhongtong Group arranged a week of military training activities starting from July 20. On the morning of July 27, a military training performance and training opening ceremony for new college graduates was held. Zhongtong Group's General Manager Mi Baolun delivered an important speech themed "New Normal, New Vitality, New Hope."

Subsequently, a half-month onboarding training began, with courses including role transition, corporate culture, fire safety, project management, information technology development, business etiquette, model worker lectures, and technology research and development. The training fully utilized the company's excellent lecturer resources and implemented an assessment mechanism for each training course to maximize training effectiveness.
