On June 6, 2015, the work meeting of Shandong Transportation Industry Group (hereinafter referred to as: Jiao Gong Group) was held at Zhongtong Automobile Industry Group (hereinafter referred to as: Zhongtong Group). Su Lin, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Jiao Gong Group, and Kong Xiangyun, the Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Jiao Gong Group, attended the meeting and delivered reports and speeches. The meeting was chaired by Li Shupeng, the Deputy General Manager of Jiao Gong Group and Chairman of Zhongtong Group.
Kong Xiangyun, the General Manager of Jiao Gong Group, first delivered a report titled "Comprehensively Deepening Reform, Striving for Innovation, and Promoting the Group to Achieve Scientific Development" on behalf of the leadership team, and provided an interpretation of the main content of the report. The report summarized the work of Jiao Gong Group in 2014 from eight aspects, highlighting the achievements in enterprise management over the past year, and pointed out five prominent issues and shortcomings in the current operation of the group. The report focused on analyzing and deploying the situation, tasks, and work arrangements for Jiao Gong Group in 2015, devoting nearly two-thirds of its content to this analysis, and clarified six major tasks for the year, arranging eleven key work items.
Subsequently, Su Lin, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Jiao Gong Group, delivered an important speech. In her speech, Su Lin summarized the overall characteristics of the group's business work in 2014 with the phrase "against the trend, moving towards improvement" and expressed "three thanks" to the leadership teams of various enterprises for their hard work and outstanding contributions to the development of the enterprise over the past year. In light of the current situation and tasks facing the development of Jiao Gong Group, she proposed new requirements for further achieving the annual task goals, namely: to deeply understand the concept of the new normal, clarify the four bottlenecks restricting the group's development, and persistently strengthen the six foundations to create conditions for the sustainable and healthy development of Jiao Gong Group.
At the end of the meeting, Li Shupeng, the Deputy General Manager of Jiao Gong Group and Chairman of Zhongtong Group, delivered a concluding speech. He pointed out that Secretary Su's speech and General Manager Kong's report were based on the overall height of enterprise development, analyzing the current situation and existing problems from the perspective of group strategy, and arranging the key work for the next phase, which is highly theoretical and practical. This is of great significance for further optimizing strategic positioning, improving development measures, and especially for ensuring the smooth progress of various tasks in the second half of the year. The meeting required all units to earnestly study and comprehend, and implement the directives at all levels; clarify work ideas, optimize development measures, increase the intensity of reform and innovation, and stimulate new development vitality. They should follow the meeting's deployment and arrangements, further liberate thoughts, update concepts, achieve breakthroughs in reform and innovation, and truly stimulate the internal vitality of enterprise development.
