This team will conduct research and supervision on the efficiency and internal control work of each business unit. According to the specific deployment of the group company regarding the efficiency research, the special research team will, by the end of April, focus on the two vertical main lines of the value chain and the capital chain, with each line leader from the leadership team leading the research, and will conduct research on the efficiency and internal control work of each business unit according to six horizontal responsibility divisions. The research work will conclude at that time.

On the day the research work concluded, a research report was formed to summarize the research situation, organize the problems found during the research, and propose rectification suggestions.

At the same time, in conjunction with the report on the efficiency and internal control research situation, to ensure sufficient docking, communication, and analysis, further clarify the next practical operational ideas and methods, and form an effective PDCA closed-loop management. Starting from May 4, organized by the group and led by General Mi, monthly operational plan analysis meetings for each business unit were held to affirm achievements, clarify shortcomings, identify gaps, study plans, and ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the operational indicators for the second quarter.

By conducting efficiency research and meeting discussions for each business unit, practical and feasible solutions were developed, truly analyzing the issues in depth and clarifying responsibilities, which effectively solved problems and improved the situation, achieving the goal of mutual learning, improvement, and promotion between the group and each business unit.
