On January 18, the "Second China Enterprise Five-Star Brand Forum and National Advanced Units in Enterprise Culture Construction Commendation Conference" was held in Beijing. This conference was jointly hosted by the China General Chamber of Commerce, the China Society for Productivity Studies, and the China Consumer Protection Foundation, with representatives from over a hundred large and medium-sized enterprises in attendance, including ZTO Express, China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation, Wuliangye, Dream Gold Garden, Aucma, Delixi, and Longma Sanitation. At the conference, 12 enterprises, including ZTO Express, were awarded the title of "National Advanced Units in Enterprise Culture Construction." The evaluation for the "National Advanced Units in Enterprise Culture Construction" is based on the national standard "Evaluation of Commercial Enterprise Brands and Enterprise Culture Construction."

The evaluation of the "National Advanced Unit for Enterprise Culture Construction" is based on the national standard "Guidelines for Brand Evaluation and Enterprise Culture Construction of Commercial Enterprises." Through material declaration, on-site review by expert groups, and other processes, the enterprises awarded the title of "National Advanced Unit for Enterprise Culture Construction" for 2014 were determined. The core content of the national standard "Guidelines for Brand Evaluation and Enterprise Culture Construction of Commercial Enterprises" includes brand evaluation and enterprise culture indicators and scores, with a full score of 1000 points, divided into five primary indicators: capability, quality, reputation, culture, and influence, as well as 17 secondary indicators such as social responsibility, integrity in business, spiritual beliefs, and promotion. The group company was awarded the title of "National Advanced Unit for Enterprise Culture Construction" with a high overall score.

Since the implementation of China's first national standard for brand evaluation and enterprise culture, the "Guidelines for Brand Evaluation and Enterprise Culture Construction of Commercial Enterprises," issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration of China on February 1, 2012, the China General Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the China Society for Productivity Studies and the China Consumer Protection Foundation, has held an annual commendation and promotion event for enterprise culture and brand value.
