First, Group General Manager Mi delivered a welcome speech, warmly welcoming the relevant leaders of the Shandong Provincial Environmental Sanitation Association for their guidance and research. This time, Secretary-General Gao Hongzhen of the Shandong Provincial Environmental Sanitation Association was invited to give a report on "Grasping the Development Trends of Urban and Rural Sanitation and Vigorously Promoting New Energy Sanitation Equipment." The report mainly covered: First, a review of the development of urban and rural sanitation in the country and Shandong Province, pointing out the situation and tasks of sanitation development in Shandong Province. The next trend is to further increase the construction of urban and rural sanitation facilities, improve the level of harmless treatment, and achieve coordinated development of urban and rural sanitation, which is the implementation of the scientific outlook on development; Second, an overview of the situation of sanitation vehicles and operational models in the country and Shandong Province; Third, discussing the new directions for the development of sanitation equipment. The trends of multifunctionality, modular integration, energy conservation and environmental protection, comfort and humanization, and intelligent digitization have expanded new space for the market development of sanitation vehicles. Subsequently, relevant policies and prospects for new energy vehicles were mentioned; Fourth, extending cooperation and communication, and providing suggestions for the development direction of Zhongtong Group's sanitation.

During the report, Strategic Advisor Ren, Secretary-General Gao, Director Wang, and Director Xu engaged in interactive discussions on the strategic formulation for sanitation vehicles over the next 3-5 years, suggesting that a manufacturing enterprise should strive in four aspects: quality, price, after-sales, and service, and develop "low-level, full-coverage" products for towns and villages. Important suggestions were provided for the strategic formulation of the sanitation company, pointing out that the next step should focus on the research and development of new energy sanitation vehicles and small vehicles, quickly achieving scale effects and seizing opportunities in new energy and rural sanitation development.
After the report, the sanitation vehicle company established three groups: a sanitation equipment demand trend research group, a sanitation policy research group, and a sanitation treatment and operational model implementation group, for group discussions. Conclusions from the group discussions were formed that evening.

Through the guidance and research of the Provincial Sanitation Association, the direction for the formulation of the sanitation vehicle strategy has been clarified, laying a market and theoretical foundation for significant development in the next 3-5 years. It is believed that this meeting will have milestone significance in the development journey of sanitation vehicles.
