Recently, Zhongtong Sanitation Vehicle Company successfully developed and launched two new products: the kitchen waste collection vehicle and the hook arm vehicle. The Zhongtong kitchen waste collection vehicle is an internationally advanced model that has been independently developed based on the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets. This vehicle is primarily used for collecting and transporting household waste, food waste generated by the catering industry, hotels, canteens, and for collecting urban sludge. The rated load capacity of this kitchen waste collection vehicle is 6.8 tons, and it features a wedge-type locking mechanism driven by hydraulic cylinders between the tank and the rear cover, ensuring reliable sealing without leakage or odor, thus preventing secondary pollution to the environment during transportation.

The Zhongtong kitchen waste collection vehicle is an internationally advanced kitchen waste collection vehicle developed independently based on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. This vehicle is mainly used for collecting and transporting household waste, food waste generated by the catering industry, hotels, canteens, and other units, as well as collecting urban sludge. The rated load capacity of this kitchen waste collection vehicle is 6.8 tons, and it features a hydraulic cylinder-driven wedge locking mechanism between the tank body and the rear cover, ensuring reliable sealing without leakage or odor, preventing secondary pollution to the environment during transportation. The garbage bin lifting and loading mechanism is located on the right side of the vehicle for easy loading. A safety device is installed during the descent of the mechanism to prevent the garbage bin from accidentally falling. There is also a disengagement device on the mechanism to ensure that the garbage bin automatically separates from the loading mechanism when it lands. The hydraulic system uses a multi-way valve, and the control console is placed on the platform on the right side of the vehicle, close to the driver's cabin for easy observation and operation. The oil pipes are neatly arranged, aesthetically pleasing, and reasonably laid out, with full consideration given to operational safety and user-friendliness in the design.

The hook arm vehicle consists of a swing arm, a telescopic arm, a drag box, and a unloading device, mainly used for urban waste management. The vehicle's structural design is scientific and reasonable, achieving a multi-box function with one vehicle, significantly reducing equipment costs and space; at the same time, the hook arm has an automatic locking function for the box, effectively ensuring safety during operation and driving.

The successful development of these two products enriches the product range of Zhongtong Environmental Sanitation and lays a foundation for expanding the market for Zhongtong Environmental Sanitation products, contributing to the promotion of resource conservation, energy saving, environmental protection, and sustainable development in cities.
