After successfully completing the processing task of the steel structure for the dome of Haiyang Nuclear Power Unit 1 and achieving a one-time successful installation on site, Zhongtong Steel Structure Company has recently signed contracts for the dome of the nuclear island of Haiyang Nuclear Power Unit 2 and the conventional island project of Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 4, taking a solid step forward in the field of nuclear power processing and installation.

The auxiliary plant of the nuclear island of Haiyang Nuclear Power Unit 2 is one of the important sub-items of the first phase of the Haiyang Nuclear Power project. The dome is part of the steel structure construction for this sub-item, with a project volume of approximately 700 tons, including the dome itself and auxiliary steel structures. The turbine room of Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 4 is 108 meters long, 44 meters wide, with an eave height of 36.85 meters at axis A and 39.12 meters at axis B, featuring a triangular steel truss structure with a total of 13 trusses, primarily made of welded steel, including a small amount of national standard steel components, supported by angle steel braces, and the trusses are fabricated in three sections, with each piece weighing 20 tons.
