The Zhongtong 12-cubic-meter dry concrete mixer truck is designed for the large volume and dry concrete mixing needs of the Malaysian market. Currently, both domestically and in other parts of the world, "wet" concrete mixing stations and mixer trucks are widely used, where ready-mixed concrete is weighed and mixed according to construction requirements at the mixing station, and then the finished product is transported directly to the construction site by the mixer truck, with the mixer truck mainly responsible for transportation during the entire process. In contrast, the "dry" mixing station is responsible for proportioning, weighing, and adding water as required, without mixing capabilities. The concrete production and mixing process is completed within the mixing drum of the mixer truck. Therefore, dry concrete mixer trucks require more wear-resistant inner walls of the mixing drum, more reasonable mixing structures, and more complex control systems (the entire mixing process must be uniform). This mixing mode is widely adopted in Malaysia and Southeast Asian countries.
The Zhongtong dry concrete mixer truck uses a CAMC 4-axle chassis, with a total length of 10.5 meters, a height of 3.9 meters, and a self-weight of 5.4 tons for the upper structure, with a maximum drum speed of 14 rpm. At the beginning of product development, the technical center conducted a year-long research and product positioning in collaboration with Vincent Company to meet the personalized and high-standard needs of the Southeast Asian market. This product features a unique "bent blade" design that achieves three-dimensional mixing of the concrete inside the tank, ensuring the homogeneity of the concrete. The truck is currently produced by our company and transported to Malaysia for local assembly via CKD, and the whole vehicle has been certified by local Malaysian testing agencies, fully complying with Malaysian manufacturing standards. In terms of the overall structural layout of the vehicle, our technical center's engineering machinery project team upgraded the design according to local standards, making the overall layout more aesthetically pleasing and reasonable. It is worth mentioning that this dry concrete mixer truck is equipped with personalized options such as a hydraulic telescopic discharge chute and anti-spill funnel according to customer needs, maximizing the fulfillment of construction requirements.
