In order to further enhance the safety responsibility awareness of employees and actively practice the safety concept of "safety first, prevention is paramount," on May 24, the group company held the seventh "Safety Production Month" employee speech competition. A total of 26 teams from 15 departments and units participated in the competition, delivering multi-layered and passionate speeches on the topic of "safety production." Company leaders, including Sun Yinliang, a member of the party committee and chairman of the labor union, along with safety officers and employee representatives from various member units, attended the event. At the competition site, the contestants shared their personal experiences and incidents from their work, presenting facts from different perspectives.

To further enhance the safety responsibility awareness of employees and actively practice the safety concept of "safety first, prevention is paramount," on May 24, the group company held the seventh "Safety Production Month" employee speech competition. 26 teams from 15 departments and units participated in the competition, delivering multi-layered and passionate speeches on the topic of "safety production." Company leaders, including Sun Yinliang, a member of the group company's party committee and chairman of the labor union, along with safety officers and employee representatives from various member units, attended the event.

At the competition site, the contestants combined their personal experiences and incidents from their work, presenting facts, reasoning, and lessons learned from different perspectives. They vividly and concisely articulated that safety is the lifeline of enterprises, the importance of implementing safety responsibilities, the need to remember accident lessons, the necessity to eliminate violations, and that safety and happiness start with oneself. They shared good thoughts and experiences from their units in safety production work, interpreting the relationship between safety, responsibility, and happiness, providing the audience with a profound safety education. After fierce competition, Song Lingfen from the bus company and Liu Lixiu from the long-distance transport company won the first prize. Zhang Qingmin from the human resources department, the duo of Cheng Lin and Li Junli from the steel structure company, Xiao Zhanli from the bus company, and Zhang Jinlong from the steel structure company won the second prize. Liu Lihua from the property company, Ju Cuiping from the planning and scheduling department, and six other contestants won the third prize, while Sun Jingjing from the group company office and Feng Jiangtao from the real estate company, among 14 other contestants, received excellence awards.

After the competition, Sun Yinliang, a member of the group company's party committee and chairman of the labor union, delivered an important speech. He first conveyed the importance that group company chairman Li Shupeng and general manager Mi Baolun placed on this event, and quoted the article "The Philosophy of a Tree" to express his expectations for the contestants and all employees. Chairman Sun emphasized that the speech competition themed on safety production and the touring speech activities have been held for seven consecutive years. This year's contestants, the scope of participation, and the content of the speeches have all significantly improved compared to previous years. He called on all participating units to take the safety speech as an opportunity and the contestants as seeds of safety, to widely promote safety production knowledge, constantly sound the safety alarm, and deeply instill safety production work into people's hearts, promoting comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development.

This June marks the 12th "Safety Production Month" nationwide. The holding of this "Safety Production Month" speech competition is of great significance for further enhancing the safety production responsibility awareness of employees and promoting the safe and stable development of enterprises. In early June, the group company will also organize outstanding contestants to form a "Safety Production Month" touring speech group to conduct touring speeches at relevant units, bringing vivid safety education courses to frontline employees.
