(2) The bid security must be transferred to the designated account before 17:00 on February 27, 2024, and note "Laser Welding Machine Bid Security". 7. Bidding Requirements:

4. Performance Requirements: The supplier should have a mature market in the country and provide no less than 3 sets of relevant or similar equipment in the market within the last three years, and must have won at least one mechanical processing enterprise (provide copies of sales contracts, copies of winning notices, or a user list with official seals).

8. Bid Document Preparation Requirements
