(4) Conclusion
Our company is currently facing a situation of extremely low production load, making it impossible to meet the conditions for waste gas testing. We deeply regret this situation and apologize for any potential impacts. Recently, due to weak market demand, our production line has been operating at low load. In December, our production load is extremely low, coupled with the emergency response to heavy pollution weather, the production conditions cannot meet the monthly non-methane total hydrocarbon waste gas testing for DA015, DA018, and DA019 drying rooms. The annual particulate matter waste gas testing originally scheduled for December for DA010, DA011, DA012, DA013, DA016, DA017, DA020, and DA021 cannot be completed; the semi-annual organized waste gas testing at the factory boundary cannot be completed; the annual organized waste gas testing for lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines cannot be completed; and the sampling testing for rainwater cannot be completed. In response to the above situation, our company makes this statement. We appreciate the attention and support of relevant departments for our work. We will adopt a more rigorous attitude and effective measures to make greater contributions to environmental protection.
