During the discussion, Xing Guangpei provided a detailed report on the application project "Key Technology Research and Application of Pure Electric Road Pollution Removal Vehicle," which mainly includes six major innovations:First, the whole vehicle adopts a dual-motor bridge drive system, optimizing intelligent efficiency under different working conditions, with a lighter weight and more energy-saving. Compared to the central drive + drive shaft technology, the overall transmission efficiency can be improved by 5%, and the comprehensive range can be increased by 8%.Second, it adopts the leading domestic "dual-motor" direct drive technology, achieving optimal power matching through core power matching technology, allowing for independent control of the dual-turbine high-flow dedicated fan and high-pressure water pump, effectively improving transmission efficiency by 17% compared to hydraulic multi-stage drive.Third, the suction nozzle device uses active high-pressure jet rotating technology, reasonably matching the impact force of high-pressure jets on the ground and the rotating cleaning speed through finite element simulation analysis, which can meet the needs of deep cleaning operations while protecting the road surface from damage.Fourth, the vehicle's sweeping system adopts a "central two sweeping discs + central deep cleaning suction nozzle" structure, and the rear spray rod with dual side sweeping discs + multifunctional suction nozzle can also achieve the operational functions of conventional washing and sweeping vehicles.Fifth, it uses a high-pressure water system controlled by intelligent electromagnetic water valves.Sixth, the suction system uses a super high vacuum dual-impeller fan for powerful suction, with hurricane-level suction power, increasing the adsorption force by 2 to 3 times compared to single-impeller fan systems, meeting the needs of multi-mode washing and sweeping operations.
