1. Project Overview and Content:

1Renovation Project and Requirements:

①Remove the original micro-bubble and dewatering system, reduce air duct resistance, and ensure smooth exhaust gas flow;

②Replace the existing three-stage filter, increase sealing, and prevent paint mist from directly affecting the efficiency and service life of the rotary wheel;

③Renovate the exhaust pipeline of the spray booth, so that the3spray booth corresponds to a group of rotary wheels;1,2the spray booth corresponds to a group of rotary wheels, switched via the valve on the pipeline;

④The specific renovation plan must be designed by the bidding unit and can only be implemented after approval by the bidding unit;

⑤The above renovation project must be completed without affecting the normal operation of the existingVOCstreatment system and must ensure that theVOCsexhaust gas meets emission standards.

2This project includes the disassembly of the original equipment, site cleaning, detailed design, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, installation, debugging, training, trial operation, after-sales service, and spare parts, etc., as a complete turnkey project.

6. Bidding Requirements:

1The bidding unit must be a general taxpayer and provide relevant qualification certificates and business licenses;

7. Bid Document Preparation Requirements

1The first part is the bidding commitment letter and the legal authorization letter.

2The second part is the product quotation list, which should list the quotation details, including direct material costs, manufacturing costs, taxes, profits, etc.; the submitted materials should include: detailed configuration list of the whole machine, parts list (specifications, models, quantities, materials, replacement cycles, unit prices, etc.), main material origin, and brand.

3The third part is the delivery period and quality assurance measures, after-sales service commitments, etc.
