ZTO Express Group held a storytelling competition to promote corporate culture.

To further promote the corporate culture concepts of the group company and to advocate the corporate spirit of "dedication, contribution, resilience, and progress," a storytelling competition themed "Sharing Touching Stories, Discussing Zhongtong's Feelings" was held on the afternoon of April 18 in the conference room on the second floor of the production building. A total of 27 contestants from 16 departments and units participated in the competition. During the event, the contestants closely adhered to the theme, with some explaining their understanding of corporate culture, starting from their own job responsibilities, striving to improve their own qualities, and making greater contributions to Zhongtong's reform and development.

To further promote the corporate culture concept of the group company and to carry forward the corporate spirit of "dedication, contribution, resilience, and progress," showcasing the connotation of Zhongtong's corporate culture, a storytelling competition themed "Sharing Touching Stories, Talking About Zhongtong's Feelings" was held on the afternoon of April 18 in the conference room on the second floor of the group's production department. A total of 27 contestants from 16 departments and units participated in the competition.

During the competition, the contestants closely adhered to the theme of the event. Some elaborated on their understanding of corporate culture, discussing how they could improve their own qualities based on their job responsibilities and contribute more to Zhongtong's reform and development; others shared touching stories of dedication and resilience from their own experiences in simple and sincere words. After three hours of intense competition, Zhang Min from the Steel Structure Company and Liu Lihua from the Property Company won the first prize. Gao Peng from the Long-distance Transport Company, Wang Jinmei from the Group's Party and Mass Work Department, Zhao Qian from the Steel Structure Company, and the duo Zheng Na and Fan Fuyu from the Bus Company won the second prize. Six contestants, including Gong Dailong from the Bus Company, Cao Ning from the Group's Technical Center, and Liu Linan from the Group's Human Resources Department, won the third prize, while 14 contestants, including Li Ming from the Group's Planning and Dispatch Department, Cheng Lin from the Steel Structure Company, and Li Yaxin from the Overseas Company, received excellence awards. After the competition, a corporate culture knowledge quiz was also conducted.

 

It is reported that this storytelling competition marked the beginning of this year's corporate culture promotion activities. As the corporate culture promotion activities deepen, the group company will also compile and print the "Employee Code of Conduct," "VI Manual," hold speech competitions, calligraphy and photography competitions, and conduct a series of learning activities in conjunction with the "Disciples' Regulations." Through a series of promotional activities, the group company aims to ensure that all employees fully understand and recognize the core values of corporate culture, thereby playing an important role in the company's management.
