7. Bidding Requirements:
1Bidding units must be general taxpayers and provide business licenses and other business materials.
2Bidding units must actively contact the bidding unit for clarification and cannot change the bid price after bidding due to unfamiliarity with the project overview and equipment requirements.
3To assist in the review, evaluation, and comparison of bids, the bidding unit may request clarifications from the bidding unit at any time and may also visit the bidding unit and production base for on-site verification.
4Bidding units must pay a bid deposit of no less than 20,000 yuan.
8. Bid Document Preparation Requirements
1The first part is the bidding commitment letter and the legal person authorization letter.
2The second part is the product quotation list, which should list the quotation details, including direct material costs, manufacturing costs, taxes, profits, and other itemized content; the submitted materials should include: detailed configuration list of the whole machine, parts list (specifications, models, quantities, unit prices), etc.
3The third part is the delivery period and guarantee measures, main material origin, and brand.
4Performance Requirements: Suppliers should have a mature market in China, providing no less than 3 sets of similar equipment in the market, and have won bids from at least 1 mechanical processing enterprise (provide copies of sales contracts, bid notification letters, or user lists with official seals).
9. Others
1Number of Bids: One original and four copies.
2Bid Deposit: Bidding units must pay a bid deposit of no less than 20,000 yuan in cash or other forms before bidding, which will automatically convert to a performance bond after the winning bidder signs the contract, and will be refunded within 7 days if not winning.
3Bidding units must ensure that all bidding materials are true and valid. If the bidding unit discovers that the bidding materials or contract performance process are fraudulent, the bidding unit has the right to terminate the contract and will not refund the bid deposit and performance bond.
