Due to the production needs of the enterprise, the company's original heating pipeline needs to be renovated, and the construction requirements are as follows:

1. The steel pipe should use No. 20 seamless steel pipe, and the valve should use a 25 kg cast steel gate valve or shut-off valve.

2. The welding method for the steel pipe should adopt the standard argon electric hybrid welding method: argon arc welding for the first pass, which should be uniform and meticulous to prevent leakage, and electric welding for the second pass, which should be fully welded.

3. The weld inspection should use 100% X-ray testing, with secondary pieces passing.

4. The insulation thickness of the pipeline should not be less than 15 cm. The direct buried section should use steel jacketed direct buried insulation pipes, and a rain cap should be made at the ground level to prevent rainwater from entering the direct buried pipeline; the overhead section should have a reliable rainproof layer on the outside of the insulation layer.

5. Verify whether the thermal compensation meets the requirements.

6. The construction party must have the relevant qualifications.
