Liaocheng Zhongtong New Energy Vehicle Equipment Co., Ltd. will carry out ERP system implementation work in the second half of 2019 according to the information technology planning, determining to carry out information technology work based on the SAP platform. The first phase of the project mainly focuses on the urgent issues in the company's current production and manufacturing process and financial business integration, including: SAP MM Material Management (Inventory and Procurement); SAP PP Production Planning Management; SAP FI Financial Management; SAP CO Cost Management; SAP SD Sales Management; the implementation period adopts a 4+1 approach, with project implementation starting in August.
