VOCsEquipment Operation and Maintenance Tender Announcement

To ensure the normal operation of our company's spraying production lineVOCsEnvironmental protection equipment (rotor+RTOwaste gas treatment) is operating normally, we hereby publicly release the equipment operation and maintenance tender announcement.

1. Purpose of the Tender

Entrust professional personnel to conduct regular maintenance on the company's spraying production lineVOCsEnvironmental protection equipment (rotor+RTOwaste gas treatment) to ensure the equipment operates normally and meets environmental protection requirements, while minimizing operating costs (water, electricity, gas, and consumables).

2. Scope of Maintenance

1Regular maintenance of workshop waste gas treatment equipment/Daily fault troubleshooting;

2Consumables, spare parts, components, and various maintenance materials;

3Regular maintenance and periodic inspection, repair, and operation guidance.

3. Maintenance Period

The maintenance period is three years, starting from the date of winning the bid.

11. Equipment Maintenance

Equipment maintenance is periodic maintenance.

The main work of periodic maintenance is performance status checks and planned maintenance content. The maintenance work is carried out monthly by operation and maintenance personnel according to specific equipment regulations and procedures, combined with the specific technical condition of the equipment, to keep it in good operating condition.

22. Equipment Repair

(1) Equipment repair is divided into planned repair and fault repair.

I.Planned repair is the preemptive maintenance and repair of deteriorating and defective components before problems occur with the equipment; maintenance personnel regularly check the operating status of the equipment components to determine if replacements are needed.

II.Fault repair is targeted repair of damaged components after equipment failure.

After a fault occurs, if the company's operating personnel cannot resolve it themselves, they will notify the maintenance unit, which will send personnel to the site for repair or immediately organize forces to handle it quickly, with both parties cooperating to restore equipment operation in a timely manner.

33. Major Repair and Update of Equipment

Based on actual conditions, major repairs, updates, and technical transformations can be carried out on the equipment to make it safer, more effective, economical, and feasible. Major repair and transformation projects will be proposed by the maintenance unit based on the actual condition of the equipment and implemented after approval by the company.
