First, make every effort to launch and win the market offensive battle. Focus on high quality, internationalization, and specialization."Three highs and three ceilings," solidly promote business transformation and upgrading. Promote a close customer strategy for all employees, provide integrated services for high-quality customers, reflect "three optimizations" through "three benefits," deeply implement the "1143+" international development strategy, improve customer satisfaction, and further strengthen quality, safety, and delivery management.
Second, lead with comprehensive budgeting and solidly promote the improvement of management levels.Strengthen budget preparation management, budget target decomposition, and analysis of the budget execution process. Through comprehensive budget management, compel all employees to participate, allocate resources reasonably, and scientifically formulate action/construction plans to ensure the effective operation of comprehensive budget management. The implementation of comprehensive budgeting ensures that all employees' awareness of comprehensive budgeting is significantly enhanced, ensuring that this year's budget targets are achieved on time.
Third, strengthen human resource management, solidly promote team building and cultural implementation.First, conduct employee training activities at different levels, based on a problem-oriented principle, all employees must strengthen their learning of corporate culture and basic knowledge of marketing and finance to solidify the foundation for development; conduct general management and professional skills training based on management and professional technical training needs; integrate training resources, establish an internal trainer team, case education, transformation sharing, and practical application; accelerate the cultivation of a team of specialized talents that meet customer needs and align with national industrial development directions, and carry out training programs for "Marketing Managers," "Project Managers," "Technical Leaders," and "Zhongtong Craftsmen"; formulate policies to actively encourage employees to obtain professional qualifications and provide subsidies; use various methods such as on-site training, online education, and expansion training, focusing on the transformation of training effects into performance. Third, take multiple measures to carry out positive activities and promote the implementation of core value concepts.
