The third session of the seventh employee representative assembly of Zhongtong Group was grandly held.

On the morning of February 3, the Group's seventh session of the third employee representative assembly was grandly held in the Water City Pearl Hall of the Zhongtong Hotel. 80 employee representatives and attendees gathered together to fully exercise their democratic rights, actively fulfill their responsibilities in political participation and discussion, and jointly discuss the development plan of the Group to contribute ideas for the comprehensive realization of the 2013 operational goals.
The conference began with the resounding sound of the national anthem, hosted by Comrade Sun Yinliang, a member of the Group's Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union. The meeting first featured a work report by Comrade Mi Baolun, the General Manager of the Group, titled "Adhere to Innovation-Driven Development, Accelerate Transformation and Upgrading, and Work Together to Create a New Situation for the Group's Scientific Development." The report objectively summarized the various works of the Group in 2012 and laid out the key tasks for 2013 based on the current situation. The overall work requirements for 2013 are: innovation-driven, transformation and upgrading, solid hard work, and creating a new situation. Subsequently, staff read out the "2013-2015 Collective Contract," "2013-2015 Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests," "2013-2015 Wage Collective Agreement," and "2013-2015 Special Collective Contract for Labor Safety and Health"; the Director of the Human Resources Department of the Group, Ren Ming, explained the democratic evaluation of cadres at this employee representative assembly; and Comrade Li Daokai, Chairman of the Trade Union Fund Review Committee, reported on the "2012 Trade Union Fund Review Situation." The representatives present seriously discussed five reports: the "General Manager's Work Report," the "Report on the Implementation of the 2012 Collective Contract by the Group," the "Report on the Implementation of the 2012 Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests by the Group," the "Report on the Implementation of the 2012 Wage Collective Agreement by the Group," and the "Report on the Implementation of the 2012 Special Contract for Labor Safety and Health by the Group," filled out the cadre evaluation ballots, and approved the 2013-2015 "Collective Contract," "Special Collective Contract for the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests," and "Special Contract for Labor Safety and Health."

After consulting the opinions of each representative group, General Manager Mi Baolun provided detailed responses and arrangements to the proposals collected from the representatives before the meeting, which won the recognition and applause of the representatives. The conference approved five reports.

The conference called on all cadres and employees of the Group to take the convening of this employee representative assembly as an opportunity to deeply study and practice the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party and the scientific outlook on development, fully implement and carry out the spirit of the employee representative assembly, work together with determination, strive to create even more brilliant achievements, and jointly promote the Group to stride forward on the path of sustained and healthy development, working together to create a new situation for the Group's scientific development.
The conference concluded solemnly with the sound of the "Internationale."
