On the afternoon of February 6, Zhongtong Group held a grand Spring Festival commendation and celebration meeting in the multifunctional hall on the second floor of the group company. On the afternoon of February 6, the Spring Festival commendation gala of Zhongtong Group was grandly held in the multifunctional hall on the second floor of the group company. The general manager of the provincial transportation construction group and chairman of Zhongtong Group, Kong Xiangyun, the vice general manager of the provincial transportation construction group and chairman of Zhongtong Bus Company, Li Shupeng, and other members of the company’s party and government leadership team, representatives of awarded collectives and advanced individuals, and employee representatives from various business units, totaling 320 people, attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Mi Baolun, the party secretary and general manager of the group company.

At the meeting, Mi Baolun, the general manager of Zhongtong Group, first delivered the annual work report, briefly reviewing and summarizing the work of the group company in 2017, and proposing new hopes and requirements for the work in 2018. The overall idea for the group company in 2018 is: to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party and the economic conference, guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, highlight the new development concept, take supply-side structural reform as the main line, and lead with major projects for the transformation of old and new driving forces, closely focusing on "quality and efficiency-oriented development" as the central task, vigorously carry out the "four enhancement projects", implement the "seven core measures", enhance the "eight capabilities" of leading cadres, and comprehensively embark on a new journey of group development to achieve new breakthroughs in enterprise development. Mi emphasized that empty talk harms the country, while practical work revitalizes the nation; happiness is achieved through hard work, and the future of Zhongtong Group is built through practical efforts. Mi called on the vast number of cadres and employees to inherit and carry forward the Zhongtong spirit of "dedication, contribution, resilience, and progress", unite as one, and work together to comprehensively embark on a new journey of group development.

Zhang Daofeng, a member of the Zhongtong Group Party Committee and chairman of the trade union, read out the commendation decision for advanced collectives and individuals in 2017, with 36 various advanced collectives and 80 advanced individuals receiving awards.

Kong Xiangyun, the general manager of the provincial transportation construction group and chairman of the group company, delivered a passionate speech, congratulating Zhongtong Group on its outstanding achievements over the past year and extending sincere greetings and New Year blessings to the cadres and employees of Zhongtong Group. In his speech, Chairman Kong emphasized that over the past year, the development foundation of Zhongtong Group has been further consolidated, the innovation-driven strategy has been further implemented, the level of basic management has been further improved, and the value of the Zhongtong brand has been further enhanced.
