From August 5 to 6, a delegation of five people led by Xia Xiaoling, the Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Safety Production Association's Team Committee and the Editor-in-Chief of "Team World" magazine, visited Zhongtong Group to conduct research and provide guidance on team building work. The research team first arrived at Zhongtong Bus Company, where they carefully examined the team building situation on the production site and gained detailed insights into team management, safety production, and the construction of standardized systems. Leaders accompanying the research team included Sun Yinliang, Chairman of the Zhongtong Group Trade Union, and Sun Qingmin, General Manager of Zhongtong Bus Company, who participated in the on-site investigation. The research team first arrived at Zhongtong Bus Company, carefully examining the team building situation at the production site and gaining a detailed understanding of team management, safety production, and the construction of standardized systems. Subsequently, the inspection team visited the headquarters of Zhongtong Group, where they viewed the "Beautiful Twelfth Five-Year Plan" exhibition board. Company leaders including Shi Honggong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongtong Group, Mi Baolun, General Manager of Zhongtong Group, and Sun Yinliang, Chairman of the Trade Union, warmly received them.

During the discussion in the mass organization brand activity room, Sun Yinliang, Chairman of the Zhongtong Group Trade Union, provided a detailed report to the research team on the team building work and the development of standardized safety management demonstration teams. Mi Baolun, General Manager of Zhongtong Group, introduced the company's production and operation situation in recent years and the development strategic plan for the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan," pointing out that every strategic goal of the enterprise requires numerous strategic measures from various teams to be achieved one by one. Shi Honggong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongtong Group, reported on the promotion of team building through the joint efforts of the party and government, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the care, support, and assistance from the National Team Committee over the years. He hoped that the expert group would use the strong strength and resources of the National Team Committee to provide further comprehensive guidance on Zhongtong Group's team building work. The research team also exchanged views with leaders from the party and mass organizations, manufacturing department heads, workshop directors, and team leader representatives from some business units of the group.

Director Xia and the delegation highly praised the typical practices and advanced experiences of Zhongtong Group's team building work. They believed that Zhongtong Group has a solid foundation in team management, innovative and effective measures, precise and efficient work in various aspects of the team, rigorous procedures for the selection and appointment of team leaders, and vibrant team culture construction. The concepts of employee training are advanced, the systems are sound, and the measures are in place. Both team building and safety management levels have reached a nationally advanced level. Director Xia emphasized that the National Team Committee will focus on promoting Zhongtong Group's team building experience, widely disseminating the experiences of the "Nine Advances" team activities, Red Flag Team competitions, Six Comparisons, Six Innovations, and Six Enhancements competitions, and the implementation of standardized team management to enterprises across the country. Director Xia also shared the process of creating the "Bai Guozhou Team" brand, expressing her hope that Zhongtong Group can further strengthen communication and pairing with benchmark enterprises in team building, expand the horizons of team leaders, and promote the continuous improvement of team building at Zhongtong Group.
