ZTO Group held a Spring Festival commendation gala.
As the songs lingered to bid farewell to the old year and the dances gracefully welcomed the new spring, on the afternoon of February 2, ZTO Group's Spring Festival commendation gala was grandly held in the multifunctional hall on the second floor of ZTO Group. A total of 360 people attended the meeting, including members of the leadership team of ZTO Group, representatives of award-winning collectives and advanced individuals, and employee representatives from various business units.
At the meeting, ZTO Group's General Manager Mi Baolun first delivered the annual work report, briefly reviewing and summarizing ZTO Group's work in 2015, and proposing new hopes and requirements for the work in 2016. ZTO Group's Party Secretary Shi Honggong read the commendation decision for the advanced collectives and individuals of 2015, with 42 advanced collectives and 83 advanced individuals receiving awards. ZTO Group's Chairman Li Shupeng delivered an enthusiastic New Year speech, extending holiday greetings to the vast number of cadres and employees working in various positions, calling on everyone to continue to work hard and look forward to creating new brilliance in 2016. Su Lin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Transportation Engineering Group, also sent a congratulatory letter, congratulating ZTO Group on its outstanding achievements over the past year and extending sincere greetings and New Year blessings to ZTO Group's cadres and employees.
Accompanied by the anticipation and enthusiasm of the audience, the opening dance "Drumming Up ZTO" kicked off the 2016 Spring Festival commendation gala of ZTO Group. While showcasing the charm of ZTO culture, the gala also conveyed warmth and happiness of home to the employees. The lively dances "Blossoms in Prosperity" and "Dancing into the New Spring", a warm medley of home culture songs, the heartfelt song and dance "Good Days", the innovative and unique creative dance "Dare to Ask Where the Road Is", the harmonious Tai Chi dance "Flowing Clouds and Water Dance Tai Chi", the deeply emotional situational drama "On the Road" and the song "My Chinese Heart", the powerful chorus "ZTO Moves Forward" and "ZTO Real Estate Song", and other carefully organized performances from various units expressed blessings for the New Year and firm confidence in the future development of the group. These wonderful performances received continuous applause and cheers, and the photographer's flash kept flashing, fearing to miss every wonderful moment.
During the program, ZTO Group leaders presented awards to the advanced collectives and individuals of 2015. The rounds of applause not only sent blessings to the recognized advanced models but also resonated strongly with the vast number of employees who silently worked hard and dedicated themselves in their respective positions.
The commendation gala was warm and enthusiastic, receiving unanimous praise from leaders and the audience. To make this commendation gala a profound, meaningful, innovative, and employee-centered event, ZTO Group established a preparatory team, and Party Secretary Shi Honggong and General Manager Mi Baolun held several special meetings for deployment.
