Recently, a report meeting on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party was held in the large conference room on the second floor of Zhongtong Group. Shi Min, deputy leader of the propaganda team for the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and inspector stationed at the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, delivered a report. Kong Xiangyun, deputy secretary and general manager of the Party Committee of Shandong Provincial Communications Construction Group, presided over the meeting, and leaders including Zhang Shukui, deputy secretary and director of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, attended.

The report also analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by provincial state-owned enterprises during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, providing specific opinions and suggestions.
