ZTO Express Group has achieved a five-star certification for its after-sales service system.

Recently, the Beijing Wuzhou Tianyu Certification Center conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the Zhongtong Group's series of products, including delivery installation, maintenance services, complaint handling, and its overall system. The evaluation team highly recognized the group's after-sales service management system documents and records, as well as the service system, which met the national standard GBT27922—2011 "Evaluation System for After-Sales Service of Goods" for a five-star certification. This marks the successful upgrade of the group's product after-sales service system to the national five-star after-sales service certification. This standard is jointly issued and implemented by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Management Committee of China.

The review team highly recognized the group's after-sales service management system documents and records, as well as the service system, which meets the national standard GBT27922—2011 "Evaluation System for After-Sales Service of Goods" for five-star certification. This marks the successful upgrade of the group's product after-sales service system to the national five-star after-sales service certification. This standard is jointly issued and implemented by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration of China, applicable for evaluating the after-sales service level both internally and externally (including third-party organizations), providing a reference for enterprises to establish after-sales service systems. A score of 95 points (including 95 points) or above is required to qualify for the highest five-star rating.

The reason Zhongtong Group's after-sales service received five-star certification is due to its continuous innovation in service models, service content, and service methods over the years. Especially this year, the company has focused on service functionality, operational maintenance, and systematic management of services, transforming the service from a previously scattered point-to-point approach to a scientific and systematic analysis of information integration, operational management, service content, service channels, service supervision, and customer management. In September of this year, the group was awarded the title of one of the top ten units in the national after-sales service industry, and in terms of after-sales service level, the group is now in a leading position in the industry.

The "Five-Star System Certification" for after-sales service has set higher requirements for Zhongtong Group's services and marks a new level of after-sales service quality for the group, equipping it with a soft and hard platform to provide quality services to users nationwide. "Starting with proactivity, ending with emotion," the high standard certification obtained by Zhongtong Group means stricter requirements for the after-sales service system. In the future, Zhongtong Group will strictly implement after-sales service work according to the latest service system, providing stable and reliable vehicle guarantees for both new and old users.
