On September 19, the "7th National After-Sales Service Evaluation Release Conference and Innovation Forum in the Mobile Internet Era" was grandly held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing, co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the China Consumers Association. The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, and the National Standardization Administration jointly announced the evaluation results of the "7th National After-Sales Service Evaluation Activity." Zhongtong Group was awarded the "National After-Sales Service Excellence" for its professional and attentive after-sales service in the automotive industry over the years.

This is another authoritative recognition in the national service industry following Zhongtong Group's star-level certification in the national after-sales service system in 2014.

It is reported that the "National After-Sales Service Evaluation Activity" has been held every two years since 2003. The selection of the top ten units in the national after-sales service industry is based on unit applications or recommendations from relevant organizations, and the expert review panel of the organizing committee conducts a comprehensive evaluation strictly according to the national standard "After-Sales Service Evaluation System for Goods" (GB/T27922-2011) officially implemented by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Committee on February 1, 2012.
